TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our schedule is extremely volatile. Bookings will not be secured or processed until 50% of the total amount has been paid. In the case of bank transfers, the payment receipt must be attached to the conversation.

The reserved time begins at the scheduled start time of the space rental.

The reserved time includes all activities such as setup, equipment dismantling, model preparation time, etc. At the end of the rental period, the space must be tidied up, accessories returned to the team, and any waste generated during the rental must be removed.

If the space is not vacated within 15 minutes after the end of the reserved time, an extra hour will be added and charged to the final invoice.

In case of delay, the reserved time will not be extended to accommodate the delay.

If the session ends earlier than planned, the reserved time will still be fully charged.

Any additional props or equipment not included in this document will incur an extra fee.

Each dirty meter of a colored backdrop will incur an additional cost of €7/m.

For teams with more than 10 people, an additional cleaning fee of €35 will be charged.

For teams with more than 14 people, a 15% surcharge will be applied to the rental fee.

If the number of people exceeds 20, the rental fee will increase by 25%, with a maximum capacity of 25 people.

All equipment, props, and the studio space must be handled with care and returned in the same condition in which they were found. Any damage to the equipment or facilities due to misuse will be the responsibility of the person who made the booking, who will cover the repair cost, replacement of the damaged item, or repainting of any damaged walls.

It is forbidden to tape anything to the studio walls, drill, or install fixtures.

Timeless THE.STUDIO reserves the right of admission and the right to revise the estimate if the nature of the booking does not reflect the client’s actual professional activity (e.g., brands, editorials, commercial purposes, etc.).

The management cannot guarantee the possibility of capturing clean sound recordings.

For security reasons, the studio is under video surveillance.

The team reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Smoking is prohibited inside the studio.

Minors under 18 years old are only allowed in the studio when accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. In the presence of minors, parents or guardians assume responsibility for any risk, injury, or health damage to the minor.

Filming or shooting involving animals must be approved in advance by the management.

Photography or filming outside the studio is not allowed without prior authorization or a booked rental of the space.

THE.STUDIO - CYCLORAMA
The cyclorama is offered free of charge to all studio clients and is repainted every 10 days.

To ensure everyone can enjoy the cyclorama in proper condition, please follow these guidelines:

  • The cyclorama must be returned in the same condition it was found, otherwise, a restoration fee will be charged depending on the damage.
  • Walking on the cyclorama with shoes is prohibited. Only models may walk on the cyclorama with clean shoes. All other crew members must wear shoe covers or socks.
  • Walking on the curve of the cyclorama is prohibited.
  • Eating, drinking, and the use of paint, body oil, foam, soap bubbles, glitter, or candles are prohibited.
  • If you plan to use a smoke machine, please inform us at the time of booking so the team can manage it appropriately.
  • If you require the cyclorama to be freshly repainted before your session, this service is available for a fee of €40. Please notify us at least 72 hours in advance.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the reservation date will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation date will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

  • One schedule/date change is allowed free of charge, provided it is requested more than 48 hours in advance. If another change is needed, a fee of €20 per change will be applied, always with at least 48 hours’ notice in any case.
